Thanks Joe.  Turned out there was a stuck job in the print queue holding up all the jobs behind it.

Likely a driver update broke it. In any case, the jobs can't disappear, they would be on the Completed Jobs section of the Job Status screen. Once you get the failure listed you will know where to start looking.

 

But my educated guess is that the server is Windows 10 or Server 2012, and MS did an update and converted the driver to a class driver.

Secure Access Printing on A W/C 7845

All of a sudden today when users 'release' their jobs (after swiping their card at the device), the jobs disappear from the queue on the device but they do not print out.   We have tried restarting the device.  What else can we do on this?  Thanks! - John
