Hi rtj 3123,

Thanks for coming back to post the machine model.  Unfortunately, I was unable to find that code.  Normally the 01 codes indicate an open cover.  But that does not make sense here.  Have the user resend the jobs with the correct password.  If they continue to have problems then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

You do not mention the model of the machine so I was unable to look up an possible solution for the fault code.  Please take a look at the support pages for your machine to find a possible answer.  If that does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Secure Print Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When user attempts to release jobs the copier asks for a new code. Below is the email from the user having issues. Has anyone ever seen this and will this user have to delete all the jobs and reprint.

 

This is whats on the printer  001-005---- Secure Print.  I enter my password and then I the message “Enter New Password”.
