Confirm it has the latest firmware, if it does , get a pdf of the config sheet and call Xerox, get 2nd level and spar it.
There have been no reported issue like this one as described here , the only secure print related spar so far was an issue with a Foreign Interface kit (072.xxx.xxx.05000), and with the possibility of retrieving other jobs with the incorrect ID (072.xxx.xxx.05000 again)
Since it is a one-off issue on a single device with no other reported cases, it will likely be a requirement from Engineering that the device get an Altboot no data backup with no clone done though since it appears you have had the issue on multiple firmware levels per your first post and nobody else seems to have had it on any level.
I just checked, this setting is already set to 3 days.
Set this to 5 days and it will probably stop. There are no reported issues like this as far as I know, but I would guess that she isn't deleting/retrieving all jobs, and by filling the spooler it is causing an issue. In any case, by setting this to 5 days, nothing wanted would be deleted, unless they often print today because they need the output next week of course.
I have a customer who has ongoing issues with Secure Printing to a Xerox WorkCentre 7845. Occasionally when she goes to retrieve her job from the UI on the copier instead of asking her for her PIN # it instead asks for the Administrator credentials. If I go in and delete all of her Secure Print jobs and have her resend it goes back to asking for her PIN # but this issue generally comes back after a couple months. I have thus far been unable to pin this issue down. The firmware has been updated put the issue persists. It's hard to tell if its user-specific because we have very few customers utilizing Secure Print at this time. Does anyone have any advice on this issue? Thank you!
