It sounds like corruption. You are stating that this isn't there correct?

 

If that is the case, you woul dneed to have a tech service the machine, probably needs to be reloaded.

Secure Print Job button missing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

On our Workcentre 7345 the Secure Print button is missing from the Secure Print Jobs & More tab. How can I re-add this. These jobs do not appear on the All Jobs tab. Only when I log on as admin.
