Secure Print issue on 7545

I am in the process of setting up secure print to be default option for a newtorked 7545 printer. I have configured the server printer properties to secure print under options tab and on the printer remote user interface i have enabled secure print to prompt for passcode for releasing jobs.

 

when you print a document for the first time you do get prompted to sewt up your pin number. when you go to the printer to release the job it is not listed under secure print jobs but now a new tab called unidentified secure print jobs tab. 

 

I then tried enabling Kerbros auntentication which works fine, re-added the printer and tested and logged into device but i still do not see the job listed under secure print only under unidentified tab. This is causing issues as no one can tell who's unidentified secure print job is whom as we can only see the job number and no info on who submitted the job or which job is what.

 

Am I missing something else, how to do get the secure print jobs to show who submitted it and show in the secure print tab tab on the device display?

RAW ports don't send the logged in user info and show up without it.

Switch to LPR. (Match this setup)

Thanks Joe,

I can confirm that we are already using LPR and not RAW. I have also tried using the Xerox Universal driver as well as the latest 7545 driver we are still getting the same issue.

 

I have also tried image overwrite and still seeing the same issue.

I can't replicate it from a local install, does it work properly when the submission is from the server and not the client?
