Thank you for using the Support Forum.Please take a look at the System Admin Guide page 141 to configure the hold all jobs settings. You can also search on "held jobs" in the online knowledgebase for additional information on setting up and managing the held jobs queues.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Secure Print w/CAC

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am new as a Client Systems Technician at my location.  I am trying to setup a Xerox 5945 to hold print jobs until the customer inputs their Common Access Card (CAC) and inputs their CAC pin to release the job.  I have found a Xerox 7830 on base that does this and attempted to have the settings setup the exact same.  On the 5945, the jobs go to a public queue.  When the pin is put in, I get an error saying I don't have access to the public queue.  What am I missing?  Xerox Tech Support told me it is a permissions issue on my network.  I'm not sure where that would be.  Any help would be most appreciated!
