Secure Printing not working when separator file configured
Secure printing does not work when a separator file is configured for a Xerox WorkCentre 7328 using a Windows Server 2003 Clustered Print Server. For secure printing, after putting in pin number on the printer it says it printed with error. No other detail about error was given. Status on print job shows as "canceled". When separator file is not configured secure printing works fine. I have used different separator files with same results. Print driver has been updated to latest as well. Client is Windows XP. Any ideas?

Thank you for using the support forum. Have you searched the online support for your printer? If you did not find your answer there, you might want to contact support or wait and see if another user comes up with an answer.
