Secure print jobs - page buffering issues?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

So end user is in a win8 environment using WC7855 Postscript Driver.  Printing a 230 sheet PPT deck for presentation to sr mgmt.

They default to secure print, and release at the device.  When this job gets to the device and later on (about 30mins goes by), end user walks up to the machine to release the securre print mode.  WC7855 prints a few pages a minute, then pauses (like its processing), then prints a few more, then processes.

 

I had the end user print the same deck using the same PS driver to file, and then download to the WC7855 via Centreware.  Job prints in 5 mins (as expected).  I had user print directly (normal print) and after it leaves the windows computer spool, it takes 5 min

 

I've concluded that while the machine is unpacking the print job from the Secure print of the HD, it is having page buffering issues, and not able to run at rated speeds. 

 

Any fixes or suggestions
