We have a xerox7845 that just got a software update last month now the secure printing stopped working.

everytime you send a secure print it prints it and will not wait  for the user to type in their password.

 

 

any suggestion’s

hello, my suggestion would be to call your toll free support number and ask for second level technical support. there may be a software issue they can advise you on.

Secure print

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello, we have a workcentre 7855 machine, fairly new. When we try to make a secure print, the device deletes the job before it prints. Please help.
