hello, my suggestion would be to call your toll free support number and ask for second level technical support. there may be a software issue they can advise you on.
We have a xerox7845 that just got a software update last month now the secure printing stopped working.
everytime you send a secure print it prints it and will not wait for the user to type in their password.
