Hello ROWVATech,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797
We have a Xerox C310 network printer in the administrative office of a school. Recently, students have found it over the network and are printing to it. In an effort to stop them from printing, I have created network security via Active Directory. I have the printer added to the domain and have only one AD security group allowed to print to the printer. 6 people are part of that group, including myself. The problem is that with the AD security enabled, when I can send a print job, the printer button will flash showing incoming data, and nothing will print. In order to print, I have to set the "Public" permissions to allow BW and color printing and then I can print. Has anyone run into a problem with AD security causing this type of issue?
