If a software reload didn't fix it, it will need a service tech to replace one of two physical components on the machine to recover.

I hope you're well. We're currently facing an issue with two AltaLink C8030 devices that remain stuck on the startup screen, displaying the message "Please Wait... The system is powering up." Additionally, the 7-segment display on the side halts at the number 5. Despite attempting an Altboot, the machine seems unresponsive.

We've encountered a similar issue with another AltaLink model in the past, which was resolved with a full Altboot. However, this method doesn't appear to be effective in the current scenario.

Could anyone provide insights on potential causes for this startup screen freeze and the significance of the "5" displayed on the 7-segment? Are there specific troubleshooting steps or solutions you'd recommend based on this description?
