That seemed to do it.  Does it make sense though?  Anyway, so far so good.  Default seems to have remained with Tray 2 but now able to select Tray 1 in Word.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for changing the paper tray default from the support page for your machine.  If this does not resolve your issue, please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Select Print Tray error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Running XeroxC2424 through router from 32bit Windows 7

 

We are unable to select the MPT from Word 2007.  More acurately can select but still prints to default tray 1.  Using Global Print Driver PS.  That seemed the only driver that would work with scanner.  Tray selection seems to work OK from Acrobat and QuickBooks.
