Service error 72-01

Product Name: Xerox B230 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

My B230 printer is brand new. Ever since installation 2 days ago the Windows app has displayed "Service error 72-01" although the printer has performed without a problem. Today the error flashed up while I was feeding a sheet through the manual feed slot and would not go away until I pressed the OK button on the printer. Again, the sheet printed well.

I cannot find any reference to this error anywhere in the documentation or online. What is the fix?
