Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the printer set to Black and white.  Change the Print Quality to enhanced or photo and see if that will help.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Set level of darkness on Xerox 6500?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I recently purchased a Xerox 6500 to use with a craft machine which applies foil to laser printed items (Minc machine). However, the foil does not 100% cover the text - see the photo. When I contacted the Minc customer service, they suggested " to go into the settings and change the darkness to the second (not last) notch." However, I don't know how to do that on the 6500. I read the manual and couldn't find anything. Is this even a feature on this model?
