Setting up Accounting Information on a Mac

I have received instructions on how to create an accounting present on a mac...and I am unable to do so. Are there any updated instructions on how to set up accounting on a mac? Please help!

Demo was great BUT I can't get it to savethe settings. I click OK and can print the document but when I go back to print the same doc a second time or print another doc the settings are gone.

what machine/ version driver are you using? xerox updated some drivers to fix this issue...
