I'm not sure on this one. You say it is with a Ricoh device, have you tried contacting their support department?

Setting up users with a printer and their own locked print code automatically

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Apple iOS

I'm trying to find a way of setting up each user with their own locked print code without having to sign in to each account individually and inputting it into the valid access tab.

I have a lot of users on the domain and it can be a massive pain if I have to do this for every user.

Instead, I'd rather there be a way their code could be pulled across from somewhere more central, such as a server or from the printer's web service, instead of having to sign in to the user account and set it up that way.

Does anyone know how this could be achieved?

The printer I currently have is a Ricoh IM C5500
