Re: Setup Finisher for Docucentre-V C3373 in Mac OS X High Sierra

Thanks Joe.

It was still leaving the options greyed out under settings when I added it as an IP printer. However, the CUPS option worked perfect. For anyone who didn't know what CUPS was like me. This is the guide that got me to the place of being able to select the options for this printer https://support.vendhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/205052024-Enabling-CUPS-Printer-Interface-for-Mac

Install it again (manually via IP) and when it asks what options you have, add them then.

You can also add them via CUPS by modifying the printer that is already installed. (This assumes the Xerox driver is used and not the Apple provided PPD)

Setup Finisher for Docucentre-V C3373 in Mac OS X High Sierra

Jump to solution
Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I've installed the FX DocuCentre-V C3373 v3018.103 PS driver onto my iMac running High Sierra via Bonjour discovery and when I look under options and supplies to select my finisher module (under Options => Output Options) it says not installed. The options to select are greyed out. I need the stapler and hole punching regularly.

How do I get this working?
