Single Red Line Phaser 6700

Very cool that a Xerox printer can show a video on how to resolve a problem.  Awesome.  :smileyhappy:

Have followed instructions from previous post.  Issue resolved. 

Cleaned Laser Window based on video instructions and red line is no longer appearing on print outs.

From the printer interface, select Printer, Tools, Troubleshooting, Troubleshoot Print Quality -> Print.  This will print 13 pages to help find the problem.

From the Troubleshooting menu, select Resolve Problems and select the streaks option.  Then from there you can select the video to show how to clean the Laser Window.

Issue when printing to Xerox Phaser 6700.  See image.  Single red line printing across whole document.  Anyone have this issue before and what did you to do to fix?
