Hi,

Have you tried to perform copy/print calibration (in Tools Mode at Troubleshouting)?

If still not work you will need a tech to check the IIT NVM's, or to better diagnose the issue.

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830i/7835i/7845i/7855i

I am working on work centre 7855i, it gives sky blue background while scanning from platen glass, copy from dadf is excellent. i tried cleaning platen glass, mirrors, sensor even i replaced IIT pwd even though problem persist. Please suggest me the solution.
