The only other option is NIC speed, disable the negotiation and set it to whatever
Note that Gigibit is not an option, no idea why but in firmwares that start with 101, Xerox removed the ability to choose Gigabit, the only way too have Gigabit is to set it to Auto, I don't know why, I asked in a few official channels and never got a response

I have a client with 2 x C8030 which they love other than one tiny issue which has stumped us.
The sleep mode was an issue so we disabled low power mode and the machine is ready from 7am to 7pm.
However, the first print for each user (printing directly and with locally installed driver) takes ages to spool. Once it gets to the machine it’s fast and all other prints that day are fast.
It’s on both units and it is like a network handshake each morning but there is no reason for this at the IT infrastructure end. Printing to an HP laser on the same network is instant.
