Thank you for using the Support Forum. Uninstall the Smart Start and any other Phaser 6510 drivers you may have loaded. Reboot your computer. Please try downloading the latest driver just as a stand alone driver. If that does not work for you please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have suddenly has an issue with my PC not recognising my printer. I have uninstalled it and downloaded Xerox Smart Start - now using the Smartstart it firstly won't recognise the printer - despite W10 recognising it is plugged into a usb. Then when trying to download the driver for 'offline' it 'fails' to download. The Printer is in recognised 'my devices' on W10 with the note 'driver unavailable'. Frustrated as I have spent around 4 hours now trying to figure this out. I usually find the answer to issues such as this, but have reached deadlock. Can anyone help?
