Smudging on printed pages

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10
I’m getting smudges on the bottom of the front colour page. The written pages seem to be ok but the darker the front cover the more smudges I get . I’ve replaced the toner cartridge so not sure what else I need to do . Thank you
