Agree'd - I believe Xerox updates are blocked by our SonicWall Firewall.
I too would like information related to Whitelisting Xerox on the Firewall.
does anyone know what the URL is to the versalink software when you attempt to check for and install updates from the panel of a b605 and b400? I have a customer that has DNS configured properly but most likely it is their web filter blocking the machines from reaching out to the update site and is asking for a URL so he can whitelist. thanks.

Connected to a Mac running OS 10.14.6
Last software update was what came with the printer:
If you are trying to run the automatic update then most likely the DNS is not set up on the machine. You can use 8.8.8.8 as a secondary DNS. If you would like to dowload and install the update manually I have included a link to the latest General Software release. You can install the file by accessing the Embedded Web Server (webpage) of the machine.

I never have was able to do a software update and always get the "Could not connect. Try again later." message. Otherwise the printer works fine. I have setup on a static IP in my office. Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions? I am missing something here?
