I searched our online knowledge base and could not find that specific error code.  I suggest calling into the support department at 1-800-835-6100 for assistance with it.

Software Update Failed 017-759

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 11

Moved house, plugged in WorkCentre 6515, couldn't see any wifi networks. Googled it, apparently i should update the firmware. System is currently version 65.50.61. Downloaded 655911_WC6515.bin, and the latest firmware installer fwdl5.3.7.2ww-20221031-0 trying to follow the instructions to install the 'bridge' firmware, via USB, however I have the red message Software Update Failed 017-759 message on the printer screen now.

Please help!
