Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please navigate to the drivers and downloads page for your printer found HERE. Scroll down the page to the Service Packs section to find the latest service pack and then you should see the latest firmware.  The service pack was released on 4-21-2022 and the firmware that was released on 3-31-2022 are the latest and are the ones you should load.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

I am currently running a very old version of software 57.50.61m and was mlooking to upgrade it to latest version.

I have read the warning about Encryption and note that I need to first load a "Bridging Version" first whcih is version 57.59.1

However I am unable to locate this file.  The links in the Support pages take me staright to the 57.69.62E version which I understand will not work in my set up.

Can anyone provide an appropriate link for the Briding Version?
