Things you need to state for help:
1. OS you are using
2. Printer model in question
3. Specific issue installing driver
4. Steps you are using to install it (Automated driver install or manual setup from extracted driver)
5. Network or USB setup
6. Just you or nobody else can print either.
If the driver installs but can't print.
1. Does the job fail at the PC or the Printer?
2. If on the PC, what is the message, if the printer, what is the fault <Job status>completed jobs>?
