Re: Some Network Services are Unavailable Due to a Process Error

Found some solutions:

1: Problem: While printing typical office print jobs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, jpeg, pdf) in AL C8045/55 device and during job execution machine frequently displaying as "Some Network Services Not Available Due to Process Error Message" on UI and the machine reboots. After reboot, Fault codes 316-333, 319-410 and 319-409 are logged in fault history

Solution: Problem is resolved in software version " 103.xxx.000.06000 or higher".

Able to print typical office print jobs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, jpeg, pdf) in AL C8045/55 device without any issues.

2: Problem: Machine boots to ready, but when it pulls a job from the server it causes a reboot. There is a brief message saying some network services unavailable using PCL.

Job downloaded over the web causing conflict.

Solution: Have the customer delete top job in queue. All other jobs printed fine.

Re: Some Network Services are Unavailable Due to a Process Error

Thanks for your commnet. None of our network settings have changed. How can I just suddenly get this?

I am able to ping the printer and it responds fine.

I can't access the web interface either.

Hi,

It is not a hardware issue, it is about some network settings (Gateway, DNS...).

Some Network Services are Unavailable Due to a Process Error

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello,

I've started getting this error on the Xerox C8030.

I have tried to power off the printer several times without success. I have also tried to do the software reset but that didn't work either.

I've read somewhere that this could be a hardware issue but I'm not sure how to find out which peice of hardware that could be faulty.

There are no fault codes in the log that relates to this issue.

Any help is welocome.
