Have you tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling with the Xerox Print Driver?

Somethings gone wrong

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
When sending to print for general a4 documents the printer used to take from bypass tray and for a3 documents tray 1 this is not happening now and says check tray guidelines and when it does print from by Bypass tray it prints the document the wrong way on the paper cutting off half of the information, it’s worked perfect up till a few weeks ago. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
