Spills on print, more on smaller sheets

Product Name: Xerox Color C75 Press
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I'm getting some spills on my prints

not sure if it's toner or developer

We cleaner the belt everything happens prepeatedly.

More so on the smaller sheets than larger sheets

oh and coming from Magenta

if we run any colour prints it happens

not so on black and white though
