Thanks for your time!
I called second level hardware support, and they helped guide me to find out that it was a combination of the wheels on the fuser squeaking, as well as the exit rollers. I did not end up having to order any parts, just oiled the wheels on the fuser, and dissasembled the machine to access the exit rollers and apply oil to them, the shaft they rest on, the bearings on the shaft, and the springs holding the exit rollers in place.
Hi Mikekk,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
hello everyone,
I have a customer with a Workcentre 3335 that squeaks quite loud whenever it turns on, or starts to print. I have asked around the office, and it seems the general consesus is that it must be the fuser, because I already replaced the drum for regular service. I cant seem to find any information in the EDOC, or Eureka / Searchlite, or google.
I was hoping someone would be able to verify our thought process before I order the part.
Thanks for all your help!
