Re: Stains on Phaser 7500

I had already tried to clean the LEDs and the solutions for spots and it remains the same.
Thank you very much for your responses.

Re: Stains on Phaser 7500

What have you done so far?

Have you cleaned the LED's?

Inspected anything?

Printed cleaning pages?

Re: Stains on Phaser 7500

Hi alfresky,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for spots.  These solutions are for black spots but they will help with color spots as well.  If these do not help please consider contacting your local support centre..

Thanks,

Occasionally some spots appear in magenta and cyan as if they were brush strokes

Stains on Phaser 7500

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Good Morning.

I have a Xerox Phaser 7500 that has started to print some blemishes or defects on the paper in different colors.
I would like to know which part is responsible for this problem, to review or replace it.
I send some photos to see the defect.

Thank you very much.
