We just purchased a Xerox 3600N. When we try to run multiple envelopes using Stamps.com, our printer will only print one envelope at a time, then after about 7 or 8 seconds the printer will flash a prompt to continue. We hit the button and it'll print one more envelope, then will flash the prompt again. In other words It won't just print continuously even though we've instructed it to print 50 or 100 envelopes. The Stamps.com support group said we needed to use an HP driver, but our IT guys said if we do that the xerox printer won't work at all. Any suggestions??
Kimzi,
Are you doing that under the Stamps.com website or their application? I couldn't find those settings in the Stamps.com Application but I did manage to get the Xerox machine and Stamps.com to print by setting up a print queue on the computer and dedicated the default settings for the customer so it was a very easy step to print. If anyone else needs these please advise as I can clean up my notes and provide them to the world.
Hey!
You have to set the required paper-size before printing, in the web browser you go to file -> print -> properties, and here you have to select the correct paper to print to.
Thanks!

It was suggested that I install the Xerox PS driver which I did. Same error. When I try to print a test envelope the printer gives me a resources required error. The printer appears to be expecting 8.5 x 14 paper when I have a #10 envelope loaded in tray #5. Tray #5 recognizes the #10 envelope as a #10 envelope becasue it asks me to confirm what I inserted. But the machine never prints and just leaves me with a resources required error.
I have been unable to print postage on envelopes using our Xerox Workcenter 7545 multi-function printer. I have contacted stamps.com for assistance, however, they couldn't solve the problem. I am wondering if anyone has been able to configure stamps.com to work with the Workcenter 7545 printer? Thansk!
