Stange Issue with Workcenter 3210

Hello everyone

 

i have a strange problem with a Workcenter 3210.

Often when i print, the printer load one more paper sheet on print job that jam the printer on paper load (e.g. 5 page, i have 5 page printed correctly and one page loaded and jammed on paper load)

i have tried to update fimware (version 2.50.00.101) but not resolved. the version 2.50.00.105 cannot install (it give me some error of communication).

Can i try?
