You need a lot more detail.
If CWS is connecting by IP address and your browser can't connect to that same IP address, then you would have to have 2 devices using the same IP address (Web browser would get confused in this scenario and fail, but CWS would still work because it would not try to connect to something that is not a Fiery)
Without having any idea what you are trying to do, and what printer/Fiery you are dealing with, there is nothing further I can add.
