Thank you for using the Support Forum. Your printer is over 10 years old, no new drivers will be created. However, you can still add the printer on macOS using the built-in “Generic Postscript PPD".  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

The macOS® Catalina drivers continue to be released.  The Catalina driver for the WorkCentre 3215 / 3225 and Phaser 3260 is now available.  If you do not see it listed please select a different language in the language field on the drivers and downloads page and then change back to the language you need and you should see the driver.  This is a cache issue that we are aware of and working but in the meantime, the changing language tip will work. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay in releasing the drivers.

This involves to help users to keep theyr products as long as they run
I have a 6121MFP and a 6128MFP, yes they are not new but they work. well...
This is a form of wanted abscolescence
I need to print from the latest Macos products
My next printer will not be a Xerox ...

As I mentioned - Catalina was introduced in June 2019 - half a year ago!!!!!!!

Can you recommend a Catalina driver from a closely related product???? It is not my job testing all drivers.....

Hello,

The Catalina Drivers are still being evaluated for the 3225 so I would recommend checking the driver page again in a few weeks.

If Xerox driver features are really needed, you could try an unsupported work-around in which you install the Xerox macOS Common Print Driver from a closely related product which is supported on Catalina.  Note that there may be incompatibilities that could cause not all feature/function to work properly.

Same here, the *multifunction xerox workcentre 3225 NOT work at all in macOS Catalina...cause the 64bit environment. The drivers is 32 bit, so the printer and scanner not work at all. If you install the Airprint driver you have allot troublle with printing (I want 1 page and the printer goes with at least 10 pages with dots and symbols. It is sad to see that all that matters for big brand names is to sell and not Support their products. For me if I see that behavior I give the printer as a gift to some friend and move on to buy from another manufactor like Canon ( I think the support for their product is by far the best).

macos Catalina was released starting october 2019. Since June 2019 Apple hat Beta-Versions of Catalina available.

But anywhere, there is no printer driver for macOS Catalina available!!!!!!!!! All our Macs in our Office are waiting for the printer driver to be able using macOS Catalina...

When will you give us a working version for Xerox Workcentre 3225????????
