It still ghosts when I'm doing duplex - or when the printer drags in the paper for a second run.
I'm located in Denmark so your support number is probably not the best option here :)

Please take a look at this article for ghosting and residual image. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
I have a B230 which is less than 6 months old.
On some of my prints there seem to be some old toner stuff from the previous print - or something else - that is printed on the paper.
It does not look very good and I use it for instructions for my customers.
It actually looks like a copy made in a bad copy machine...
Do you have any idea how to get rid of it?
