I would print the repeated defects page to see if any consumables need to be replaced. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.
I am having random issues with the WorkCentre 6515.
Sometimes it seems to dump cyan onto the page even if it is just blank and I get huge blue streaks.
Other times it doesn't seem to fuse the toner to the paper so I get a huge mess.
Other times it prints ok.
See below for an example of three prints within a single day.
I have tried taking it all apart and cleaning everything but still get these random issues.
Do you think it is an electrical/PCB fault?
