while my 6121 MFP was printing a document has stopped for a paper jam. After I have removed the sheet, apparently with no reason the printer denitively stoped to work due to the 0094 Trans Roll Failure.
I have tried to switch on and off, remove and clean internal parts, check for pieces of paper, dismount and reamount. All the parts are original and have consumption percents are good.
Can anybody help me?
