Stuck on Initial "boot up" screen.

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi there.

Users commented that the printer wasn't accessible.

When I got to it, it's hung on the initial boot-up screen and no amount of powering up can get past this.

Is there a site based solution that can be put in place and what may be the cause?
