I am thinking that this is a fault with one of the sensors. Better to call Xerox to have them send a Technician to take a closer look.

But I have a model XEROX Work Center 3615 that gives a notice on the paper jam display, but no paper jams or any residuals have been found. The team has been disarmed and nothing has been found.
