I am thinking that this is a fault with one of the sensors. Better to call Xerox to have them send a Technician to take a closer look.

Hello! I have changed the paper tray, the rollers inside the equipment look normal. I have also started the device without trays, without an image unit, with all the covers open to see if it gave any other error apart from the jam, but the same error appears instantly. I've even changed the melter, new paper trays, and imaging units ... But nothing, it's still the same

It could be the paper tray feed rollers used or the registration assembly defective.

Hello everyone! I'm new in the forum. I have several xerox products working very well in years.
But I have a model XEROX Work Center 3615 that gives a notice on the paper jam display, but no paper jams or any residuals have been found. The team has been disarmed and nothing has been found.
Has anyone already had this? How do I solve it? .
