Perfect - worked like a charm. Many many thanks. Also worth noting is the duplex feature needs to be re-enabled from the same dialogue box.

Suggest the admins keep this as a sticky in case anyone else runs into this. Presumably it's the new printer driver that sets everything back to default?

Hi davidmfranks,

    I'm seeing the same thing on my macOS test system when I configure a C7000 printer with 2 trays. It seems like the bypass tray is counting as one of the trays, so I only see tray 1 and the bypass. If I change the printers installed options to show 3 paper trays then I have the option of printing to tray 2 available. Try the following and let us know if it works for you.

Open System Preferences

Click on Printers & Scanners

Click on your printer to select it

Click Options & Supplies...

In the new window that opens click Options

Set the option for Paper Trays: to 3 Trays

Now tray 2 should be selectable when you print.

For some reason I can no longer send A3 jobs (paper in Tray 2) to the printer.
Tray 2 is greyed out in the printer settings. It used to work ok, but I can't figure a way of enabling the second tray.

Latest Xerox print driver (5.6.0) installed. I'll be pathetically grateful for any help!
