Problem solved. I returned the printer and purchased a competitor's printer. So far so good
Hi,
First check to see if there is no job in the print queue (delete any job if exist).
As per Joe053204-xrx advice check the port to be on TCP/IP and not WSD. MS convert the port to WSD. If it is so click on „Add port”, select „Standard TCP/IP port” , click on „New port” and set an IP and click "Finish". After that click right on the print driver, at the ''Printer properties'', on ''Ports'' tab click on "Configure port" and change from RAW to LPR, at the Queue name write "lp" and be sure to unchecked "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled".

I have had the printer for numerous months and printer has been functioning fine. Suddenly my printer has refused to print any document. My document just sits in the print queue. I have done a factory reset on the printer and installed newest driver. Still no success. Troubleshooting detects no issues. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this issue. Any advice?
I am connected to my router via ethernet cable.
