Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the ColorQube 8870 chosen as the printer in the print preferences. If it is chosen and you are not seeing the options then please uninstall the driver then reinstall with the latest driver available. Also review the solutions for Printer features not available. If these do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
