I print professional-quality sports cards for a variety of clients. Demand keeps going up, and I need a more efficient (cost-effective) method. Currently, this is how I do it: 1) Print card fronts on 8.5x11 glossy photo paper 2) Print card backs on 8.5x11 matte photo paper 3) Align and glue the pages 4) Cut the cards from the pages (9 per page)
Surely, there is a better way to do this, right?
Is there a heavy stock (sports card heavy) that will allow photo-quality printing on the front and back (ideally, glossy on one side and matte on the other)?
Which of your printers can be (very accurately) offest-aligned, so that the front and back printing matches up perfectly?
