Re: TCP/IP Settings lost

Either you didn't save it or there is an issue with Firmware.

 Log in as admin

 Machine Status button

 Tools Tab

Device Settings - Test and Reset and do a Reset.

 Machine will reboot

Then retry the Network configuration.

TCP/IP Settings lost

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello team how are you?

I have the next printer Xerox Phaser 3635MFP, System Software Version 20.105.01.010

The issue is despite I entered a new hostname, static IP address information, DNS and so on!  suddenly all of that entered data lost and the printer got the TCP/IP through DHCP.

May you help me out what could be the reason for disconfiguration?

I will appreciate your comments and advice greatly
