Hi Why,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the cartridge and power the machine off with the cartridge out of the machine.  Wait 30 seconds then turn the machine back on.  After the machine has gone through its warm up you should get a message to replace or check the toner. Install the toner cartridge making sure that it slides all the way in.  If the machine still shows an error please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

TONER ISSUE

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 10

 

Unit said toner was low so replaced with brand new xerox brand cartridge. Unit still says low toner and will not print. HELP!?!?!?
