Hi mhfrey,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for loading the paper.  Make sure it is loaded and set properly.  If this does not help I would suggest trying the Print as Image setting in Adobe and see if that helps.  As a last solution try using he Global print driver.  If none of these suggestions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Tabloid Printing w/Phaser 7500

I have a Phaser 7500DT that will not print to tabloid from Adobe softareon Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.  I am using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, V11.0.2 and Adobe Illustrator CS6, V16.03 64-bit.  I can print to letter, but Tabloid(11x17) just sits there processing until I cancel the job.  Both PCL and PS drivers have the same problem.  The PS driver is 5.113.12.ON 2002.04.21, the PCL is 6.00.  If I set the default printing page to taloid even the Windows test page does not print from PCL.  How do I get tabloid printing to work?
