Hi yasupertjenar,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I apologize for the late response.  Please take a look at the solution for blurry images.  Also try these steps to see if this will help with the blurry and off color text.

  1. Open the file to be printed.
  2. Select [Print] from the File menu. The Print window will be displayed.
  3. Select the required printer from the Printer Name menu.
  4. Click on the [Properties] button. The Document Properties window will be displayed.
  5. Click on the [ColorWise] tab. The ColorWise options will be displayed.
  6. Click on [Expert Settings]. The Expert Color Settings window will be displayed.
  7. Select the [Simulation] radio button from the RGB seperation.
  8. Select [Full (output GCR)] from the CMYK simulation method pull-down menu.
  9. Select [Normal] from the Black text and graphics pull-down menu.

NOTE: This might add a yellow tint to the output. If so, Select [SWOP Coated] from the CMYK simulation Profile pull-down menu.

10. Click [OK] twice and print.

If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi! I have a little problem with my Xerox Docucolor 252 and I hope someone can help me.
Sometimes when I print an image that include text, the text comes out dark green and blurry. If I change to black and white in the settings the text come out perfectly, but as soon as I change back to color images it become green and blurry. I want to point out that this problem occur "sometimes", so for example can I print 50 pages in good quality even when color image mode is on and when I print 50 pages after that they come out blurry and green. I don't think is a driver issue becuase it have worked perfect before. Can it be some problem with the drum, the heat fuser or another component in the printer?

Here is a picture of how it look like when it is in bad quality.
